1. About ENPOWER and these terms

ENPOWER is the brand through which co-founders Andrea Tennant Cox and Alexandra Johansson Wall provide education, guided programmes and personal development experiences for women.

These terms apply to your use of this website. By continuing to use it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

The current development site does not accept payment, create user accounts or complete programme enrolment. A purchase or programme relationship will be governed by the enrolment information and any service-specific terms presented before payment.

2. Acceptable website use

You may use the website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, hosting systems or another user's data;
  • introduce malware, harmful code, automated scraping that creates an unreasonable load, or material designed to disrupt the service;
  • misrepresent your identity or use the website to infringe another person's rights;
  • copy, republish or commercially exploit protected content except where law permits it; or
  • use the site in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the website or our legal rights.

3. Important wellbeing disclaimer

ENPOWER content is educational and developmental. It is not medical advice, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment or crisis support.

Information about nervous-system regulation, RTT, neuroscience, nutrition, wellbeing or personal experience is general. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician who understands your circumstances.

Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something on this website or in a programme. If you are pregnant, taking medication, managing a physical or mental-health condition, or unsure whether an exercise is appropriate, consult a suitable professional before taking part.

If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. In the United Kingdom, call 999 or attend Accident and Emergency. For urgent mental-health support, use NHS 111 and select the mental-health option where available.

Personal development results vary. Testimonials and founder experiences describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of a particular result, income, health change, relationship outcome or timeframe.

4. Programme information and enrolment

Website descriptions are intended to explain the programme in good faith. Dates, delivery arrangements, price, included materials, participant requirements and any payment plan will be confirmed before a binding enrolment is completed.

Any separate enrolment terms will explain:

  • what is included and how live sessions are delivered;
  • the total price, payment schedule and accepted payment methods;
  • cancellation, cooling-off and refund rights;
  • what happens if a session is rescheduled or a programme cannot be delivered;
  • community standards, confidentiality expectations and removal from a programme; and
  • how digital materials may be accessed and used.

If a programme-specific term conflicts with these website terms, the programme-specific term takes priority for that purchase.

5. Consumer rights, cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you purchase a service online, UK distance-selling rules may give you a 14-day cancellation period. The exact position depends on what is supplied and when delivery starts.

If you expressly ask for a service to begin during a cancellation period and later cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what was supplied before cancellation. A right to cancel digital content may be lost only after the required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained before access begins.

Because this development site does not currently take payment, the final price, delivery information, cancellation form and refund procedure must be provided in a durable format as part of the enrolment journey before a live checkout is enabled.

6. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text, graphics, photographs, programme names, teaching materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to ENPOWER unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.

You may view the site and make a personal copy for ordinary private use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, licence, record or create derivative commercial materials without written permission, except where copyright law expressly permits it.

Programme materials supplied to a participant are for that participant's personal use and may be subject to additional licence terms provided at enrolment.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to resources or services operated by others. Those services control their own content, availability, security and privacy practices. A link does not mean ENPOWER endorses every statement or accepts responsibility for the third party.

You should review the relevant terms and privacy information before using an external service.

8. Website availability and changes

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may correct content, update features, suspend the site for maintenance or withdraw material where reasonably necessary.

Material changes to these terms will be shown by updating the date at the top. New terms apply from publication and do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under a completed contract.

9. Responsibility and liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, ENPOWER is not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you used the website, loss caused by events outside reasonable control, or business losses arising from personal use of this consumer-facing site.

You remain responsible for deciding whether general website content is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice where needed.

10. Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections given by the law of the country in which you live.

Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, but a consumer may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom or other country where they live.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].

How personal information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy. Website storage is explained in the Cookie Policy.
